Jeffrey Stanger, CEO & Founder

Since 1994 Jeffrey has worked in the capital markets with both public and private companies. His experience encompasses IPOs, RTOs, private placements, prospectus financings as well as maintaining public company filings and status. Since 2005 he has had the role of listings development at CSE – Canadian Securities Exchange, assisting companies in raising capital and going public in Canada.  Mr. Stanger is also a founding partner of ITB Solutions a Capital Markets Professional firm in Toronto which was created in 2005.  In this role he has assisted companies in their development including corporate and business development, going public transactions, financings, business plan development, valuations as well as corporate and business model structures.

Dr. Daniela Rosu – VP, Engineering

Daniela has an extensive background in artificial intelligence, databases, and business process modeling and management. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and a MSc. in Computer Science from McMaster University. She is applying her expertise in automated methods for supporting cognitive tasks such as reasoning, prediction and planning in intelligent machines to developing support systems in a wide variety of domains, from business to life sciences and medicine. While a researcher with the Telfer School of Management, at the University of Ottawa, she developed a clinical decision support system to help doctors with the advanced care of multi morbid patients and co-developed a healthcare workflow management system with advanced operational and forecasting capabilities. Previously, as a post-doctoral fellow with the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, she designed and implemented a business problem solving decision support system, as well as a representational framework for Accounting.

Sean Andany – VP, Technology/Big Data

Since 1991, Sean has worked as a technologist in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to starting his own consulting firm specializing in Data technologies, he led the Capital Markets Technology practice for PwC. During his career, Sean has held a number of senior technology and product development leadership roles at global banking institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Credit Suisse, and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Sean has extensive international experience, living and working in North America, Europe and Africa while leading major banking technology functions.

Dr. Phuong Doan – VP, Financial Sector

Dr. Phuong Doan is the head of PhD admissions for Brunel University for Finance and Economics as well as a Lecturer in Finance. He previously worked for J.P. Morgan investment bank in London upon graduation with a doctoral degree in Financial Economics from the University of Cambridge. Dr. Doan’s research and teaching areas include risk, asset pricing, project finance, and artificial intelligence in finance.
